• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use PropWealth for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Input false or misleading data
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Use the AI Advisor to generate harmful content

6. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payment processed via Stripe
• Auto-renews unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime — access continues to end of billing period

7. Intellectual Property

• PropWealth platform, design, and content: owned by PropWealth
• AI-generated content: owned by PropWealth
• User-inputted data: remains yours
• You may not reproduce PropWealth content without permission

• PropWealth is not liable for property decisions made using the platform
• Not liable for losses arising from reliance on calculator results
• Not liable for AI Advisor outputs being relied upon as professional advice
• Maximum liability limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

We will notify users of material changes with 14 days notice by email.
