Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your PropWealth subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for refund

• Within 14 days of first subscription payment (cooling-off period under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
• Technical fault preventing access to the service for more than 48 consecutive hours
• Duplicate charge due to billing error

Not eligible for refund

• Change of mind after 14-day cooling-off period
• Partial month usage
• Account suspended for Terms violations

3. How to Request a Refund

• Email: info@propwealthmetrics.com
• Subject: "Refund Request — [your account email]"
• Include: reason for request, account email, payment date

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
